Trese was initially published in ashcan and online by Alamat Comics on their own. Visprint, Inc. has produced a collection of the komik series in the form of a graphic book (formerly Visual Print Enterprises). Trese: Last Seen After Midnight and Trese: Midnight Tribunal were re-released with dust jackets by National Book Store, while the previous three novels were re-released with dust jackets by FILBAR'S. .[6] Trese: Book of Murders, a hardback collection containing the first three graphic novels, was also released. These collections feature journal entries by the protagonist's grandpa, Alexander Trese, that serve as extra commentary for each case, adding more history and legend. Trese: Tales from the Diabolical Volume 1 was produced in 2008 from tales that were first published online in 2005[7].
