When Kyousuke Date returns home one night, he discovers his mother dead in a pool of her own blood. She stabs him in the chest in her last moments. Kyousuke hunts for information about his mother's motivations after a quick recovery, but he gets more than he bargained for as he is targeted by two opposing organizations: the Hospital and the Kirihara Group.
