Kagura is left with just his close companion Asami for solace after a family catastrophe. Meanwhile, in the spiritual realm, a battle is brewing. "Elementalors" rely on the power of spirits to keep the world in balance by harmonizing specific powers of nature. Lord Shiki, a water Elementalor, kidnaps Asami so that she might utilize her particular abilities to rescue his daughter, who has been imprisoned for nearly destroying the Earth. Kagura learns that he is an Elementalor, although a very strong one.
