Sadamitsu, a high-school delinguist turned masked-hero, puts on a motorcycle-helmet-like mask and transforms into a semi-robotic superhero who strives to escape his tumultuous relationship with the powerful female heroine. In order to defend the Earth from an invasion of 20,000,000 fugitive extraterrestrial criminals, he is aided by other potentially artificial beings.
