The Berühren Corporation has made available to the public the technology used to construct formidable cyborg troops. The Extended are those who have been supplied with robotic components. One such Extended is Juuzou Inui, who was formed as a soldier and has no recollection of his previous existence. But today, after the war, he manages a company that handles Extended-related situations around the city. Rumors of a rogue Extended kidnapping a child reach Juuzo's ears; lo and behold, when Juuzo returns to his office, a massive robotic man with a youngster on his back smashes in, pleading for assistance. While Juuzou could just turn the man in and be done with it, something about this circumstance smells suspicious. Everyone seemed to be in agreement.
