Except for those who take the Kuge course, students at the Houjou academy are entirely normal. This exclusive course is just for elite and wealthy students and their "honeys," and Hagino Yuzuru enrolls in it through Kai Renge and rapidly regrets it. To become a honey, a student must be sponsored by someone who is already enrolled in the Kuge course. Kai becomes Hagino's sponsor, enrolling her in the course and covering the costs.
